Communicative and activity approach to non-homogeneous institutional texts

چکیده

Порталы городского и регионального руководства отражают требование обязательности общения официальных властей с населением в виртуальной среде, институциональны по дискурсивной направленности, содержат негомогенные средства передачи информации оформления коммуникации. Официальный портал администрации г. Омска (https://www.admomsk.ru/web/guest/main) рассматривается аспекте коммуникативно-деятельностного подхода целью установления способов информации, организации разными группами адресата, функций вербальных иных регулятивов. Теоретическая значимость исследования состоит применении двухэтапной методологии, включающей оценку регулятивов разной природы, установление их взаимосвязи когнитивными коммуникативными моделями среды, выявление текстов, сориентированных на социально ограниченного разноуровневого состава. Практическая связана характером полученных результатов, касающихся наличия структуре портала типового навигационного каркаса простой системой линейных вертикальных горизонтальных связей, представленности содержательном уровне взаимосвязанных визуальных компонентов, обусловленности соотношения целями раздела, актуальностью для адресанта значимостью поликодовых моделей, передающих региональную информацию, воздействующих эмоциональную сферу адресата – жителя города. В результате были сделаны выводы о ведущей роли реализации стратегии информирования тематического, логического, сюжетно-композиционного уровней контента его частей, функционировании многоплановой системы регулятивов, наличии эксплицитных (горизонтальных) локализующих внимание помощью цвета, размера, пространственного расположения, репрезентирующих определенную тему, проблему, связанных призывами к конкретным действиям, скрытых (фотографий, инфографики, эстетическую сферы диаграмм, графиков, таблиц, служащих концентрации большого объема упрощения ее восприятия), существование которых обнаруживается только после открытия гиперссылок, номинирующих разделы контента, информацию через нее лексическими, стилистическими, цифровыми, графическими средствами осуществляющих «якорение» внимания полимодальных Non-homogeneous (polycode, polymodal, multimodal) texts have long become part of modern communication (both media and official business).
